ABS Gift vouchers will cover all our personal training gyms in Liverpool, Manchester and Speke.
You could purchase individual sessions or whole programmes. We have a whole range of services to choose from, from our 6 week transformation programme to our 16 week service, and they can all be tailored to suit individual body goals, fitness levels and lifestyles. All our programmes can be done in a pair, if you don’t want to workout alone this is a great way to not only increase your motivation to come to the gym but also split the cost with a friend or relative.
